We are looking for a well-organised, professional, and reliable Receptionist / Filing Clerk to join our team.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys structure, has strong attention to detail, and can manage front-desk responsibilities while assisting with administrative and filing tasks.
You will be the first point of contact for clients and visitors, while also ensuring that all documentation and records are accurately maintained and easily accessible.
Reception Duties
+ Greet and assist walk-in customers in a professional manner
+ Answer and direct incoming calls
+ Manage emails and general enquiries
+ Maintain a clean and organised reception area
Filing & Admin
+ Organise and maintain physical and digital filing systems
+ Scan, copy, and archive documents accurately
+ Capture and update data on internal systems
+ Assist with invoicing, job cards, and basic paperwork
+ Support internal sales and accounts teams with admin tasks
General Support
+ Handle incoming and outgoing documents
+ Assist with stock or paperwork tracking when required
+ Perform general office duties as assigned
