Admin AssistantOur client in Midrand is seeking an admin lady to start ASAP
Duties & Responsibilities
* Switchboard and Reception
* Print daily clocking reports and send out an absentee report daily.
* Liaise with Managers about staff that hasn’t clocked in.
* Calling Debtors for payments
* Requesting Creditors statements monthly.
* General Office Administration and Filing
* Data-Capturing on Traceability
* Liaison with customers and suppliers related to deliveries and general queries
* Diary Management for one of the Directors
* Controlling Chep account
* Printing of invoices
* Sorting the invoices according to the schedule
* Adding invoice number and quantities onto that schedule and Printing for the Managers
* Once the pod’s are received, highlight on the schedule attach to the supplier invoice and submit for payment.
Knowledge
* Telephone Etiquette
* Basic admin function
* Knowledge in excel
* Attention to detail
* Numeracy Skills Essential
* This job description may be altered from time to time to improve productivity and performance, and implement new processes when required to day to day operations.
Normal working hours will be Monday to Friday, 07:00am – 04:00pm.
