Duties & Responsibilities * Engage with walk-in clients in the showroom, offering expert advice on tiles, taps, sanitaryware, and related products * Build strong relationships with clients, ensuring a personalised and professional experience aligned with the brand’s luxury standards * Assist customers in visualising design concepts and product choices to suit their space and style preferences. * Contribute to maintaining the overall presentation of the showroom — ensuring displays, pricing, and promotional materials are up to date and visually appealing * Collaborate with the broader showroom team to meet and exceed monthly sales targets * Provide after-sales support and ensure ongoing customer satisfaction
