Responsibilities: * The focus of the role is to build and nurture long-term relationships with existing clients. * Ensure that customers are satisfied with the product or service. * Responsible for managing the renewal process and retaining customers. * Actively promote products * Continuous engagement and collaboration with engineering and production departments. * Networking with industry professionals and stakeholders in the mining sector. * Provide technical guidance * Identify new business opportunities in existing sectors within a client organisation. * Prepare detailed technical proposals, quotations, and tender documents, including calculations. * Build and maintain relationships with maintenance engineers, plant managers, and procurement teams. * Assist clients with troubleshooting, technical queries, and product usage problems. * Keep track of competitor products and market trends to identify growth opportunities.
