You will work closely with an experienced Senior Manager and have the opportunity to grow in both technical management and strategic planning. This role will be based in the Patensie area, Eastern Cape.  Qualifications & Experience: * Tertiary qualification in Agriculture (advantageous). * Strong computer skills, especially in Excel and digital monitoring systems. * Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to lead a team. * Adaptable, well-organized, and passionate about sustainable production. Key Responsibilities: 1. Plan and monitor pest control, fertilization, and planting programs. 2. Monitor cultivar trials and planting activities. 3. Manage technical staff and coordinate daily production operations. 4. Ensure compliance with standards such as Global GAP, Farming for the Future, DAFF, and SIZA Environmental. 5.
