An exciting opportunity is available for a Sales Coordinator in Pretoria North Rosslyn. This role focuses on supporting sales operations, building strong client relationships, and driving revenue through effective sales initiatives and coordination.
Key Responsibilities
+ Provide sales and administrative support, including handling calls, scheduling meetings, managing calendars, and coordinating site visits
+ Drive sales through proactive initiatives and contribute to overall revenue growth
+ Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports and analysis
+ Verify proof of payments with the finance department and allocate payments accordingly
+ Support the implementation of sales strategies as directed by the Sales Manager
+ Prepare proposals, quotations, and contracts aligned with client requirements
+ Follow up on quotations, online enquiries, and social media leads
+ Conduct cold calling to generate new business opportunities
+ Analyse products and compare with competitors to understand key advantages
+ Identify opportunities to improve customer satisfaction and assist in implementation
+ Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships
+ Assist customers with product information, benefits, and purchasing decisions
+ Represent the brand professionally in all client interactions
+ Assist with trade shows and exhibitions to promote products and services
Qualifications, Skills & Experience
+ Matric (Grade 12) is essential
+ National Diploma (3-year) in Sales, Marketing, or a related field
+ Minimum of 3 years’ experience in a sales or marketing environment
+ Strong verbal and written communication skills
+ Excellent negotiation and sales ability
+ Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to understand client needs
+ High attention to detail and strong numerical ability
+ Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
