An exciting opportunity is available for an External Sales Development Coordinator in Pretoria North Rosslyn. This role is responsible for identifying potential clients, promoting products and services, and driving business growth through proactive sales efforts.
Key Responsibilities
* Conduct market analysis to identify sales growth opportunities and actively pursue them
* Promote and sell products to new and existing clients
* Analyse competitor offerings and understand product competitive advantages
* Identify opportunities to improve customer satisfaction and assist in implementing solutions
* Research market trends to better understand client needs and untapped opportunities
* Develop compelling sales pitches and successfully close sales agreements
* Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships
* Assist customers with purchasing decisions, including product information and demonstrations
* Act as a brand ambassador, representing company values professionally
* Engage with clients both onsite and offsite on a regular basis
Qualifications, Skills & Experience
* Matric (Grade 12) is essential
* National Diploma (3-year) in Sales, Marketing, or a related field
* Minimum of 3 years’ experience in a sales or marketing environment
* Strong verbal and written communication skills
* Excellent negotiation and sales ability
* Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to understand client needs
* Good presentation skills
* High attention to detail and strong numerical ability
* Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
