Maintain accurate stock control, packaging documentation, and coordinate order completion to meet turnaround targets. 2. SHEQ (Safety, Health, Environment & Quality) Ensure compliance with safety regulations, quality standards, and company procedures while maintaining proper housekeeping and PPE usage. Report and manage incidents, non-conformances, and safety risks to maintain a safe working environment. 3. Supervised Team Plan and coordinate daily shop-floor activities to ensure orders are processed efficiently according to production schedules. Manage team performance, organise shifts when required, and enforce company HR and disciplinary policies while providing regular communication and feedback.
