Casidra invites applications from suitably qualified candidates for the position of PR/Marketing and Communications Administrator. The successful incumbent will demonstrate strong written and verbal communication skills, with proven ability in content creation and social media management, and will play a key role in supporting the organisation’s marketing and communication initiatives.
The successful candidate will report to the PR/Marketing & Communications Manager.
KEY PERFORMANCE AREAS INCLUDE, BUT ARE NOT LIMITED TO:
Public Relations & Content Development
* Support PR, marketing, and communication strategies
* Create and edit content (articles, media releases, project stories)
* Ensure all materials align with corporate branding standards
Digital & Media Management
* Manage and update the website, intranet, and social media platforms
* Monitor media coverage and compile reports
Events & Campaign Coordination
* Plan and coordinate internal and external corporate events
* Maintain the communications and events calendar
Stakeholder & Communication Support
* Assist with stakeholder engagement and maintain databases
* Support internal and external communication initiatives, including translations
Administrative & Reporting Support
* Provide administrative support (meeting coordination, minute-taking, record-keeping)
* Proofread, edit, and compile reports, presentations, and correspondence
