As Live Streaming Operations Support, you will work with a skilled team that is focused on innovation, using new technologies and processes to solve complex real-world challenges.
Position Overview:
We are seeking dynamic and motivated individuals to join our team as Technical Operations Support. This role plays a key part in maintaining the efficiency and reliability of our live streaming operations and related workflows, helping ensure smooth execution and resolving issues as they arise.
You will also work closely with our development team, assisting with testing and providing practical technical feedback on new features introduced to the platform.
The role requires flexibility, as many clients and live events operate across different time zones.
Important Note on Experience & Training
Identical or prior live streaming experience is not a strict requirement for this role.
This position is well suited to individuals with a strong technical mindset, curiosity, and willingness to learn.
Comprehensive on-the-job training will be provided. What matters most is your ability to think logically, troubleshoot issues, communicate clearly, and grow into the role over time.

Responsibilities:
* Monitor and oversee live streaming operations to ensure uninterrupted service delivery.
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve technical issues promptly.
* Conduct regular quality checks to ensure adherence to performance standards.
* Customer onboarding and training.
* Provide technical support to clients and internal stakeholders.
* Implement and maintain best practices for live streaming operations.
* Support the roll-out of new applications
Required Skills
* General familiarity with computer systems and networks (1–2 years or equivalent experience)
* Basic understanding of audio and video fundamentals (formal or informal experience accepted)
