Requirements:
* Strong bookkeeping and accounting knowledge
* Minimum 1 years solid experience with Xero Accounting Software
* Experience within accounting/finance industry
* Payroll processing and reconciliations
* Strong Excel and Microsoft Office Suite skills
* Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities
* Attention to detail and accuracy (completer-finisher approach)
* Ability to self-manage with minimal supervision
* Confidential handling of sensitive financial information
* Strong written and verbal communication skills
