Employer: Persona Staff Draughtsman – Northern SuburbsEngineering & ManufacturingFull-time | On-site Our client, a well-established ISO-certified manufacturer in the industrial engineering sector, is seeking a skilled Draughtsman to produce accurate technical drawings and documentation for components and assemblies, supporting manufacturing, quality, and project delivery. Key Responsibilities: * Prepare detailed mechanical drawings (assembly, fabrication, and layout) * Ensure drawings comply with project, company, and ISO standards * Interpret engineers’ design briefs and develop practical manufacturing solutions * Attend design briefings and cross-check with engineers before finalising drawings * Maintain accurate revision records and implement drawing control procedures * Collaborate with engineering, production, and quality teams * Complete drawing tasks within project deadlines * Support quality assurance with accurate drawings for inspections and dimensional checks Requirements: * Tertiary qualification in Draughting * Proven experience as a Production or Mechanical Draughtsman * Strong understanding of mechanical engineering principles and manufacturing processes * Experience preparing detailed production drawings * CAD software proficiency * Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills * Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines Send your CV to craig@personastaff.co.za *Persona Staff (PTY) Ltd is POPIA (Protection of Personal Information Act, 2013) compliant.*
