Management - Factory Management Gauteng FULL TIME Negotiable Job Summary Workshop Foreman: Aluminium & Glass systems. Hands on with the manufacturing of window doors and shopfronts. Administrative, hands on, able to work under pressure while keeping to deadlines and have a minimum of 5 years experience in the Manufacturing and Installation of South African aluminium systems. Opening and closing of Workshop. Able to read and follow architectural and engineering drawings. Able to manage staff and HR matters. Work overtime hours to get the job done. Detail with site reps on what the workshop needs, to be prepared and produced. Programming production schedules, working under pressure and have the flexibility to prioritize. Able to handle HR matters of the workshop, disciplinarily and in hiring. Able to manage multiple orders simultaneously while not neglecting on details. Leading the team in production and manufacturing. Checking and keeping records of dispatching and receiving of materials, finished products, tools, parts etc. Coordinating with suppliers on materials, prices, delivery time and availability. Managing all activity in the workshop and within the company premises.
