Trade/Artisans/Technical - Quality Controller Pretoria FULL TIME Negotiable On-site Job Summary Quality Assurance is Required by a Manufacturing Company in Hammanskraal. Quality Documentation: Compile and manage comprehensive Quality Control Plans (QCPs) for all manufacturing projects. Data Management: Compile and finalize complete Tank Data Books for all manufactured storage tanks and associated equipment prior to dispatch. System Maintenance: Proactively maintain, update, and improve the company’s ISO 9001 Quality Management System to ensure continuous compliance. Auditing: Manage and facilitate both internal and external quality audits, addressing any non-conformances effectively. Inspection & Testing: Conduct rigorous testing of products and accurately record all inspection results to maintain full traceability. Equipment Calibration: Ensure the on-time calibration of all testing and manufacturing equipment, maintaining accurate logs and schedules. Compliance: Guarantee strict compliance with all relevant industry codes, international standards, and health and safety regulations. Requirements & Qualifications Proven, hands-on experience working with and maintaining an ISO 9001 Quality Management System. Previous experience in a heavy manufacturing, steel fabrication, or engineering environment is highly advantageous. Excellent technical administrative skills with experience compiling QCPs and comprehensive data books.
