Job Summary
Internal Sales is Required by a Company in Durban.
Service and maintain existing customer relationships.
Actively identify and develop new business opportunities.
Conduct market research to identify potential customers and new sales opportunities.
Seek out new business through cold calling, networking, and social media.
Arrange and conduct meetings with potential clients, understanding their requirements and concerns.
Prepare and present product and service presentations when required.
Generate accurate quotations and follow up on sales opportunities.
Ensure product availability and stock awareness for sales opportunities and demonstrations.
Negotiate and close deals, while effectively managing customer objections or complaints.
Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets and company objectives.
Gather customer feedback and share insights with management and the sales team.
Prepare regular sales activity and performance reports.
Preferable experience in the Truck and Trailer parts (Motor Industry)
