Automotive Service Advisor – Dealership (Northcliff)
Our client, a well-established dealership based in Northcliff, is seeking an experienced and customer-focused Service Advisor to join their team.
Requirements:
• Previous experience as a Service Advisor at a dealership
• Strong knowledge of automotive service processes and workshop operations
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Fully proficient in English (additional languages advantageous)
• Computer literate
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Professional appearance and well-presented
• Valid driver’s license
Duties and Responsibilities:
• Booking in vehicles for services and repairs
• Liaising with customers regarding vehicle concerns and service requirements
• Preparing and explaining quotations to customers
• Opening job cards and ensuring accurate information is captured
• Communicating with technicians and workshop staff regarding job progress
• Providing regular updates to customers on the status of their vehicles
• Upselling additional services and products where applicable
• Ensuring customer satisfaction and handling queries or complaints professionally
• Processing invoices and ensuring all documentation is completed correctly
• Maintaining strong relationships with customers to encourage repeat business
