Our client in the Boland is seeking a highly organised and detail-oriented Quality Administrator / Administrative Assistant to support our team with administrative functions, invoicing, and the maintenance of food safety systems. The successful candidate will play a key role in ensuring efficient administrative processes while supporting compliance with FSA and HACCP standards.
Key Responsibilities
Maintain and continuously improve Food Safety Assurance (FSA) systems
Assist in the implementation and upkeep of HACCP documentation and processes
Prepare and process invoices, including working with SAGE accounting software where required
Provide general administrative support to the team
Manage filing systems and ensure proper document control
Support team accountability by ensuring adherence to administrative procedures
Minimum Requirements
HACCP accreditation or relevant experience (advantageous)
Experience working with SAGE (advantageous)
Strong administrative and organisational skills
High level of accuracy and attention to detail
Neat, systematic, and methodical work approach
Ability to work under pressure and collaborate effectively within a team
