Legal - Attorney/Legal Advisor Edenvale FULL TIME R20 000,00 - R30 000,00 (PER MONTH) On-site Job Summary Edenvale, Jhb: DEBT COLLECTION ATTORNEY Minimum Requirements: -Presentable and professional, excellent business English proficiency -LLB completed, and admitted as an Attorney a must -1 to 2 years POST admission experience A MUST, specifically in High- & Magistrate’s Court Litigation and Debt Collection A MUST -Sectional Title Levy Collections experience preferred -Fully independently functional in full Debt Collection and related Litigation matters -Good knowledge of applicable legislation in respect of Debt Collection and Sectional Title levy collections -Computer literate in MS Office, Caselines/Court Online -Driver’s license and own vehicle a must -Stable employment record and contactable references -Residing with daily commuting distance Duties: -Independently attend to Debt Collection, Sectional Title Levy Collection and Litigation matters for law firm -Manage own diary -Draft pleadings and correspondence -Manage electronic emails and attend to client/debtors queries -Debit fees and disbursements -Court appearances -Consult with clients, colleagues and Counsel Salary: R 20 000 – R 30 000 gross (Depending on POST admission experience) E-mail detailed CV in Word or PDF (not as a link) and indicate Reference CR2716; and your monthly gross salary expectation in context with offered amount.
