Job Summary
Key Responsibilities:
* Technical Support: Provide first-line technical assistance to customers and internal teams, addressing issues related to intraoral scanners, digital workflows, and CoDiagnostiX software
* Installation & Setup: Ensure seamless installation and configuration of hardware and software for new and existing customers
* Training & Education: Deliver engaging training sessions for customers and internal teams on digital solutions, emphasizing their practical applications
* Field Support: Occasionally travel to customer sites to provide hands-on support, troubleshooting, and training
* Product Expertise: Stay up-to-date on Straumann Group’s product portfolio, including CoDiagnostiX, and ensure customers are fully informed of the latest innovations
* Documentation: Maintain accurate records of technical support activities, training sessions, and customer interactions
* Collaboration: Work closely with sales and marketing teams to support customer adoption and satisfaction
Qualifications:
Education:
* A+ or N+ certification (or equivalent IT qualification).
Experience:
* 2–4 years of experience in IT support or a related technical role.
* Basic knowledge of IT infrastructure, including hardware, software, and networking.
* Experience with CAD/CAM systems, dental software, or CoDiagnostiX is an advantage
Skills:
* Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to simplify technical concepts for non-technical audiences
* Organizational and time-management skills
Other:
* Fluency in English (additional languages are a plus)
* Willingness to travel regionally for customer support and training
* Proactive, adaptable, and eager to learn
