Position: Grillers / Commis Chefs
Minimum Requirements:
• Minimum of 5 years’ experience in a similar role
• Relevant culinary training will be advantageous
• Ability to work in a fast-paced kitchen environment
Key Responsibilities:
• Food preparation for service
• Work in both hot and cold kitchen sections
• Cooking, grilling, and frying food according to company standards
• Ensure consistent food quality and presentation
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards
• Assist with stock rotation and portion control
• Follow all health and safety regulations
