Position: Kitchen Manager / Head Chef
Minimum Requirements:
• At least 5 years’ management experience in a similar role
• Valid, contactable references
Key Responsibilities:
• Assist with menu development, setup, and recipe testing
• Manage and supervise kitchen staff
• Compile and manage staff rosters
• Ensure quality control and consistency of all food prepared
• Oversee stock control and inventory management
• Manage food costing and maintain cost control measures
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
• Maintain high standards of cleanliness and kitchen organization
