A vacancy exists for a Regional Sales Admin Supervisor within Kazang – Merchant Division, in Pretoria North.
The Regional Sales Admin Supervisor will form part of the Kazang Sales team. The responsibilities of the role include:
Key Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
* Managing of daily, weekly, and / or monthly reports that shows the effectiveness of the various Sales Representatives.
* Expanding upon existing reports to ensure increased efficiency and to make sure you have the required information to assist the informal channel.
* Distributing said reports in the form of dashboards to the relevant Sales Manager
* Using reports to identify devices that stopped trading.
* Escalating these to the relevant Salesperson / Field Technician to follow up.
* Ensure that any issues related to this is resolved satisfactorily by escalating to the relevant Department Head.
* Head up the Regional Sales Admin team.
* Complete various regional admin tasks.
* Lead base administration responsibilities.
* Assign tasks to other sales administrators.
* Co-ordinate weekly planning of the Field Service Technicians.
* Control and manage device stock.
* Control and manage region marketing material.
* Any ad-hoc administration as required by the Company.
* Assist with ad-hoc support work for the Regional Manager
In order to be considered for this position, the following requirements must be met:
* Matric
* Relevant tertiary qualification focusing on Marketing / Analytics / Management.
* Degree in Sales Management would be advantageous.
* 3-5 years’ administrative experience managing others.
* Advanced computer literacy skills (Outlook, Excel).
* Ability to work with large amounts of data.
