This programme is designed to address critical and scarce skills within the SARB’s Business Solutions and Technology Department (BSTD). It provides graduates with hands-on experience, technical training, and exposure to real-world IT projects. Successful candidates will be placed in an IT environment to build both technical and behavioural competencies.
