Job Summary
Responsibilities:
* Lead and develop Supply Chain and Commercial teams, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and performance
* Provide commercial analysis and insights to support strategic decision-making and problem-solving
* Ensure strong internal controls and oversee risk assessments across the division
* Develop and implement strategies to mitigate identified risks
* Drive operational excellence initiatives across the business
* Collaborate on budgeting processes and financial forecasting
* Oversee the development and execution of supply chain strategies
* Manage procurement processes in line with policies and budget requirements
* Build and maintain strong supplier relationships to ensure quality, reliability, and cost efficiency
* Oversee logistics operations to ensure timely and accurate delivery to customers
* Monitor inventory levels to meet demand while minimising excess stock
* Analyse supply chain performance data and implement improvements
Qualifications and Experience Required:
* Chartered Accountant qualification
* 3–5 years’ experience in commercial, financial management, or executive roles
* 2–3 years’ experience within a manufacturing environment
* Experience in an organisation managing its own fleet of trucks
* Strong understanding of Quality Management Systems
* Proven ability to manage budgets and financial targets
