Employer: Western Cape Recruitment Handover Superintendent with Skippers License required for Manufacturer in the Aeronautical and Marine industry Our client who manufactures for the Aeronautic and Marine industry, is looking for a Supervisor to lead one of their commissioning and hand-over teams. You will report to the Final Product Manager and will assist in providing guidance and leadership throughout the final stages of the manufacturing cycle and the hand-over phase. Final Product Quality, OHSact, Final product checklists and reports, compliance to company policies, liaising with all stakeholders, and planning of hand-overs and deliveries will all be part of your responsibilities. Requirements: Minimum Matric Diploma in Production Management or Operations Management Minimum of 2 years’ supervisory or management experience in a manufacturing environment Excellent written and oral communication skills Experience in report writing Hands-on day-to-day knowledge and experience on MS Word and Excel (Will be tested) Experience in the Aeronautical manufacturing industry will be highly advantageous Valid Skippers license – required to take clients out   Kindly note that if you have not received any feedback 2 weeks after your application, please consider your application unsuccessful.
