💰 Revenue Manager📠Role OverviewThe Revenue Manager is responsible for maximizing the property’s revenue by developing and implementing pricing strategies, monitoring market trends, and managing inventory across all distribution channels. This role works closely with Sales, Marketing, and Rooms Division teams to optimize occupancy, average daily rate (ADR), and overall profitability. 📋 Key Responsibilities📊 Revenue & Pricing StrategyDevelop and implement revenue management strategies to maximize room revenueAnalyze market trends, competitor pricing, and demand patternsAdjust room rates dynamically to optimize revenue and occupancyMonitor and manage inventory allocation across all distribution channelsðŸ–¥ï¸ Systems & ReportingMaintain and update the Property Management System (PMS) and Channel ManagerPrepare daily, weekly, and monthly revenue reportsTrack KPIs such as RevPAR, occupancy, ADR, and booking paceIdentify revenue opportunities and provide actionable insights🤠Collaboration & CoordinationWork closely with Front Office, Sales, and Marketing teams to support promotions and packagesCoordinate with reservations and distribution teams to manage availabilitySupport yield management initiatives for special events or peak periods📈 Forecasting & AnalysisProduce accurate forecasts and budgets for managementMonitor booking patterns, cancellations, and market demandRecommend strategies to improve profitability and market positioningâš–ï¸ Compliance & StandardsEnsure pricing and revenue strategies comply with brand standardsMaintain accurate data and reporting for management decisions
ð¯ Minimum Requirements
ð Qualifications
* Degree or Diploma in Hospitality Management, Business, Finance, or related field
ð§ Experience
* 2–5 years’ experience in revenue management, ideally in hotels or lodges
* Experience using PMS, Channel Manager, and Revenue Management Software
* Strong analytical and data-driven decision-making skills
ð ï¸ Technical Skills
* Knowledge of revenue management systems (e.g., Opera PMS, Protel, or similar)
* Proficiency in Excel and reporting tools
* Understanding of distribution channels (OTA, direct, GDS)
* Financial and forecasting acumen
