ðŸ½ï¸ Assistant Food & Beverage (F&B) Manager📠Role OverviewThe Assistant F&B Manager supports the Food & Beverage Manager in overseeing all F&B operations, including restaurants, bars, banquets, and in-room dining. This role ensures high standards of service, quality, and guest satisfaction while assisting with staff management, budgeting, and operational efficiency.📋 Key Responsibilities🴠Operations ManagementAssist in managing daily F&B operations across all outletsEnsure service standards and presentation meet brand or property guidelinesSupport menu planning, specials, and promotional initiativesMonitor food and beverage quality, portion control, and hygiene standards👥 Team Leadership & TrainingSupervise, train, and motivate F&B staffAssist in creating staff schedules and rotasMonitor performance and provide coaching for service excellenceEnsure compliance with health, safety, and hygiene standards📊 Administration & ReportingAssist with inventory management, ordering, and stock controlSupport budgeting, cost control, and revenue trackingMaintain records of sales, wastage, and operational reportsEnsure compliance with company policies and procedures🤠Guest Experience & ServiceEnsure a high level of guest satisfaction and handle complaints professionallyPromote upselling and personalized guest serviceSupport special events, banquets, and private functionsâš™ï¸ CollaborationWork closely with the F&B Manager, kitchen team, and other departmentsEnsure smooth communication and coordination between outletsImplement operational improvements as required
ð¯ Minimum Requirements
ð Qualifications
+ Diploma or Degree in Hospitality Management, Food & Beverage, or related field
ð§ Experience
+ 2–4 years’ experience in a supervisory or junior management F&B role
+ Experience in hospitality environments such as lodges, hotels, or resorts
+ Exposure to multiple outlets (restaurants, bars, banquets) is advantageous
ð ï¸ Technical Skills
+ Knowledge of F&B operations, service standards, and hygiene regulations
+ Basic financial and cost control understanding
+ Proficiency in POS systems and Microsoft Office
+ Ability to manage multiple outlets efficiently
