Employer: Bright Placements Role Purpose: To oversee the business's financial strategy, ensuring solid financial governance, long-term growth, and sound financial management. The CFO will provide strategic financial knowledge to support executive decision-making and long-term business performance.Key Responsibilities Create and implement a financial plan that is in line with company goals.Supervise forecasting, budgeting, and financial reporting.Make that all tax, regulatory, and IFRS/GAAP regulations are followed.Control capital structure, funding methods, and cash flow.Oversee internal controls, audit procedures, and risk management.Provide financial performance and strategic opportunity advice to the CEO and Board.Develop and oversee the finance staff. Minimum Requirements * Bachelor’s degree in finance, Accounting, or related field. * Professional qualification (CA(SA), CPA, ACCA, or CIMA). * MBA or postgraduate qualification (advantageous). Experience Required * Minimum 5 years’ experience in CFO/FD role in FMCG or Manufacturing business with turnover R300m plus per annum * Proven history in financial strategy, planning, and execution. * Strong experience in financial reporting, compliance, and risk management.
