Non-Negotiable Requirements * 3 Phase Installation Electrician qualification * 3–5 years’ experience in fault finding, system integration, and solar installations * Strong computer literacy (MS Office, SAP/ERP, and job-specific systems) * Proven knowledge of production, engineering, sales, and marketing processes * Valid driver’s licence Key Responsibilities * Deliver reliable technical support with minimal disruptions and high uptime * Conduct fault finding and root cause analysis (RCA), providing reports per case * Provide proactive technical updates and resolve issues within SLA * Plan and execute preventative maintenance activities, ensuring adherence to schedules * Reduce equipment downtime through structured maintenance planning * Ensure compliance with ISO maintenance standards, HSE regulations, and audits * Maintain accurate compliance records and achieve high audit scores * Resolve customer queries within SLA, ensuring high satisfaction and reduced complaints * Support lab, storeman, and remote monitoring team members Skills & Competencies * Proactive and action-oriented * Strong analytical and problem-solving ability * Planning and organisational skills * Resilient and adaptable under pressure * Strong verbal and written communication skills * Customer-focused with relationship-building ability KPIs Include * Technical issues resolved within SLA and minimal repeat incidents * Maintenance plan adherence and preventative maintenance completion * Compliance audit scores achieved with zero major non-conformances * High customer satisfaction with queries resolved promptly * Minimal equipment downtime and optimised use of resources To Apply Only candidates who meet the minimum requirements will be considered.
