Employer: West Coast Personnel Job Description:We are seeking a motivated External Sales Representative with a proven sales record in technical or industrial markets. The ideal candidate will generate leads, engage clients, negotiate sales agreements and achieve sales targets independently. Key Responsibilities: * Identify and qualify potential clients through cold calling, networking and online research * Conduct face-to-face meetings, presentations and product demonstrations * Negotiate sales agreements and provide timely price quotes and proposals * Maintain long-term client relationships through regular communication * Monitor market trends and competitor activity to identify new business opportunities * Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth operations and problem resolution * Keep detailed records of sales activities, client interactions and transactions * Develop and manage a strategic call cycle plan for client outreach Requirements: * Minimum Matric qualification * 5+ years’ experience in external sales (technical/industrial/hose markets) * Self-driven, goal-oriented, and able to work unsupervised * Fluent in English, proficiency in additional languages is advantageous. * Willingness to travel.
