Employer: RPO Recruitment A leading food manufacturing company is looking for an experienced Demand Fulfilment professional with strong organisational and operational skills. The role involves managing the end-to-end order fulfilment process, ensuring timely delivery of products, maintaining optimal inventory levels, and coordinating effectively across departments to resolve operational challenges while supporting high standards of customer service. Responsibilities: * Manage the full order fulfilment process including order entry, administration, and distribution. * Receive, process, and complete orders through to invoicing while maintaining customer service standards. * Verify and resolve all debtor claims and ensure compliance with budgeted controls. * Plan, schedule, and track warehouse deliveries, ensuring stock levels are maintained and damaged or expired stock is managed. * Plan shipments based on product availability and customer requirements, preparing all necessary documentation. * Ensure on-time delivery and achievement of customer service targets while optimizing distribution costs. * Support sales and marketing teams to meet sales and profit objectives. * Oversee third-party logistics provider performance. * Plan, schedule, and track export shipments, completing all required export documentation. Requirements: * Minimum Grade 12 pass. * At least 3 years’ experience in a similar role. * Strong computer literacy and proficiency in relevant software. * Excellent organisational and multitasking skills, with the ability to manage competing priorities. * Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively liaise with internal teams, suppliers, and customers.
