Lereko Volvo Trucks Polokwane currently holds a vacancy for a Parts Sales Executive: Parts Department. Reporting to the Parts Manager, the ideal candidate must have parts sales experience. A proven track record is required. Actively prospects for customers & parts sales at a level that contributes to the required profit and targets of the department, in a professional manner in keeping with the standards of the company.
Job Description:
* To sell more parts to achieve maximum profit.
* To always ensure the highest degree of CUSTOMER SATISFACTION
* To ensure details of all parts sales are accurately recorded and registered.
* To review daily activities, promotions, sales, targets and other activities with the parts manager for continued improvement.
* Innovative thinking to improve customer base.
* To discuss any pricing policy changes affecting parts sales with Parts Manager.
Specific Role Responsibilities:
* Customer service orientation.
* Networking and canvassing skills
* Prepare and make follow-up calls
* Ability to maintain good relationships internally and externally
* Excellent communication using all mediums verbal, electronic etc.
* Team-player
* Able to initiate contact with customers
Skills and Personal Attributes:
* Parts sales skills, knowledge and experience.
* Ability to work under pressure and be results orientated.
* Excellent product knowledge.
* Positive attitude
* Attention to detail
Qualifications and Experience
* Matric/ NQF Level 4 equivalent
* Valid driver’s license.
* Clear Criminal Record.
* Experience in parts sales in the commercial space preferably
* Work related/ OEM related system know-how.
