Regal Distributors requires an experienced and dedicated Business Development Manager who has a proven track record of driving business growth, building strong client relationships and developing strategic sales initiatives in the Johannesburg South region.
Key responsibilites but not limited to:
+ Meet monthly and quarterly sales and Gross Margin targets as set out by management
+ Exceed customer expectations and ensure market leading customer service levels
+ Represent Regal and the Regal product brands professionally and effectively
+ Service, Support and develop existing clients to maximize wallet share potential
+ Sell and position the entire range of Regal product offerings to your clients
+ Ensuring Customer of aware of full range of Regal offerings and doing continuous awareness and product presentations to drive value and entrenchment of our brands and products
+ Canvassing outside of your customer base, new potential customers
+ Analyze and monitor purchase activities of each customer and direct activities to meet KPI requirements
+ Measure and monitor lost sales and opportunities to help company respond to market and stock demands as well as competitor activity
+ Actively upsell and cross sell Regals wide product range to meet customer needs
+ Constantly monitor customer activity to increase monthly purchase ratios and wallet share
+ Do at least 2 Regal training courses monthly to ensure sales competence
+ Track and monitor regular sharepoint activities and ensure you remain abreast with new releases and product offerings as highlighted by product management
+ Source, register, develop and forecast a compelling projects pipelines for future sales opportunities
