Programme Details
* Start Date: 1 August 2026
* Duration: 12–24 Months
* Work Format: Full-time (40 hours per week, onsite)
* Location: Johannesburg, South Africa
Programme Structure
1. Initial Training (First 3 Months)
Participants will:
* Learn about Caterpillar products, services, and strategies
* Develop communication and leadership skills
* Connect with global mentors and peers
* Visit dealers across international regions
* Gain deep insight into the company’s operations
2. Rotational Assignments (12–24 Months)
Graduates will:
* Work across different departments
* Develop technical and commercial skills
* Participate in strategic projects
* Gain broad business exposure
3. Field Representative Opportunities
After completing the programme, graduates transition into field roles supporting Caterpillar dealers and customers.

Minimum Requirements
Applicants must:

* Be fluent in English
* Be willing to travel (30–70% depending on role)
* Be willing to live abroad for up to 3 months
