Job Title: Account Executive Location: Remote – South Africa or Latin America Working Hours: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM Eastern Time Salary: $1300 USD/month (based on experience) About the Role We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Account Executive to join our growing team. In this role, you will be responsible for driving sales activity, managing client relationships, and supporting business development efforts within the US market. Key Responsibilities * Conduct outbound cold calls and prospecting to generate new business opportunities * Manage and update the CRM (HubSpot) to ensure accurate tracking of leads, pipelines, and activities * Build and maintain strong relationships with prospects and clients * Meet and exceed individual sales targets and KPIs * Handle administrative tasks related to the sales cycle with a high level of accuracy and organization * Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a seamless client experience Requirements * Proven experience in sales, with a strong focus on cold calling and outbound prospecting * Proficient in HubSpot CRM * Excellent English communication skills – both written and verbal * Neutral accent with clear and professional spoken English * Strong administrative and organizational capabilities * Self-motivated and able to work independently in a remote environment * Reliable internet connection and a suitable home office setup Nice to Have * Prior experience working with or selling into the US market If you're a driven sales professional with a passion for results, we'd love to hear from you.
