An exciting opportunity has become available for a Replenishment Analyst to join our dynamic Planning team. The successful candidate will play a key role in ensuring optimal stock availability across stores through data-driven replenishment strategies, contributing to sales growth and profitability.
Key Responsibilities
* Analyse sales trends, stock levels, and demand patterns to drive replenishment decisions and strategies
* Develop, maintain, and optimise replenishment models and system parameters
* Monitor and manage stock levels to minimise overstock and stock-outs
* Collaborate with Planners, Buyers, Stores, and Distribution teams
* Support forecasting, budgeting, and inventory planning processes
* Track KPIs such as stock turn, availability, and forecast accuracy
* Identify risks and opportunities through data insights and reporting
* Assist with store grading, clustering, and assortment optimisation
Requirements
* Relevant tertiary qualification (Business, Supply Chain, Retail or similar)
* 2–3+ years’ experience in replenishment, merchandise planning, location planning or as an analyst
* Strong analytical and numerical ability
* Advanced Microsoft Excel skills (essential)
* Experience with planning and replenishment systems
* Understanding of retail/FMCG environment
* Strong understanding of stores and/or space planning
* Experience building/assisting and implementing new systems & documents
* Strong communication skills
